The hotel provided a good welcome gift upon arrival, a lovely touch. The location was superb, with access to popular attractions and amenities. We were also impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet.

the bathroom design was not practical, with a shallow sink and inadequate shower enclosure that led to water spills.

Great location, fast WiFi, clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent sleep. Lovely interior, beautiful room with romantic detailing on walls and ceiling. Welcoming and helpful staff. 24-hour luxurious club. Immaculate and new. Decadent atmosphere. Plentiful breakfast with champagne. Adequate spa with reasonably priced massages.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the landmarks worth visiting. It is in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are nicely decorated with classy furniture and have tall ceilings. The staff is generally welcoming and helpful.

There were some issues with the hotel, such as faulty windows that wouldn't close properly in some rooms.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience. the spa and wellness centre exceeded expectations with exceptional quality treatments and massages. the breathtaking sun terrace offers a relaxing and serene atmosphere, ideal for sunbathing and taking in the beautiful views. the treatment rooms are equipped with top, of, the, line amenities providing a comfortable and private experience. the restaurant presents a diverse and refined menu, with delicious special diet options available upon request.

From the moment I stepped through the doors, this hotel exuded luxury. the exclusive amenities, including a spa & wellness centre and top-notch restaurant, fulfilled my every need. the treatment room was a particularly standout element with a full body massage that left me feeling revitalized. The location advantages, positioned centrally, were ideal for exploring the bustling city. Cons: While minor, the TV channels in the leisure room left something to be desired. Nonetheless, my overall experience at this venue was first-class.

We arrived early in the morning and expected to drop off our bags and wait. the front office staff were really nice and managed to find us a room within just half an hour. This really good service was pretty good.

Although the breakfast buffet was not the largest we've seen, the quality of the food was superior to other hotel buffets we've experienced. The hot food stayed hot, not always the case at these types of buffets.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the city center of this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the facilities, including the jacuzzi and sauna, were clean and spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to many sightseeing spots as well as the metro. we were actually surprised to find a very beautiful park nearby. The breakfast provided was excellent and fresh, and the staff were kind, helpful, and even offered a late check-out and luggage storage for our convenience.
